Child shielding their face, representing the need to protect every child

A safer internet for every child

Our commitment to child safety

Pemu Computer Services stands against child sexual abuse and the creation, possession, distribution, or viewing of child sexual abuse material. Technology should protect children—not enable their exploitation.

The reporting portal is operated by the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), not by Pemu Computer Services. Reports may be made anonymously.

Every report matters

Children deserve dignity, protection, and the freedom to experience technology without fear.

Speaking up through the correct reporting channel can help specialists remove abusive material and protect children from continued harm.

Our responsibility

How we put this commitment into practice

Clear prohibited-use rules

Our hosting and technology services prohibit unlawful exploitation, abusive imagery, grooming activity, and any content or conduct that endangers children.

Prompt escalation

When we become aware of a credible concern involving our systems, we will assess it promptly, restrict access where appropriate, avoid unnecessary exposure to the material, and follow applicable reporting and preservation requirements.

Cooperation and confidentiality

We cooperate with lawful investigations and specialist reporting organisations while limiting sensitive information to people who need it for safeguarding, investigation, security, or legal compliance.

Awareness and improvement

We promote responsible online conduct and continue reviewing relevant safety guidance, technical controls, and escalation practices as threats and technology evolve.

If you encounter suspected material online

Report it safely. Do not share it.

  1. 1.Do not download, save, forward, email, or redistribute the image or video—even when trying to help.
  2. 2.Copy or note the webpage address (URL) if you can do so without reopening or further viewing the material.
  3. 3.Use the IWF Zambia Reporting Portal for suspected child sexual abuse images or videos on publicly accessible websites. You may report anonymously.
  4. 4.If a child appears to be in immediate danger, or the concern involves private devices, messages, grooming, or a known child, contact local police or an appropriate child-protection organisation.

IWF Zambia Reporting Portal

The portal accepts reports of suspected online child sexual abuse images and videos hosted anywhere in the world. A report can help specialists assess and act against the material.
